BUZZERS FITNESS…alternative exercise sessions for adults.
The sessions are for men and women aged 16+.
We aim to prove that physical exercise can be fun! We will introduce participants to a FUN but EFFECTIVE way of getting fit. All sessions are tailored to suit all fitness levels, physical abilities and interests.
No experience in fitness training required
All sessions are based around:
- High intensity circuits
- Cardio workouts & resistance training
- Solo & pair work circuits
- Calorie burning exercises
- Strength & stamina exercises
- Alternative Bootcamp activities

Will provide intensity options for exercises to tailor for individual’s experiences and fitness levels.
Adaptable exercises for people recovering or suffering from an injury, operation or medical issue.
Fun games used as an alternative for warm-ups and cool-downs.
Who should join the Buzzers Fitness sessions?
All BUZZERS FITNESS sessions are tailor-made to suit the physical attributes and fitness levels of each individual participant. Each participant will be given a realistic target to aim for during the session. Our number one priority is to provide a fun and relaxed atmosphere, enabling participants to improve their fitness levels without the fear of failure or embarrassment.

Are looking for an alternative option to the gym.
Have returned to fitness classes after a break.
Are new to fitness classes.
Exercise regularly and consider themselves to be physically ‘fit’.
Are returning from an injury and are looking to get fit or strengthen a particular area of their body.
Consider themselves ‘overweight’ and who are looking for an ‘alternative’ exercise class.
Have been medically advised to exercise.
Have an interest in exercise, fitness and sports.
Have limited or no experience of personal training and physical exercise, but are willing to give it a try!
